Where do you ship your products from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China.  Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to COVID-19 we may experience some delays due to your freight and delivery times.  However, we are seeing an increase on delivery times.  We thank you for your patience and we will provide further information on any delays. 

Regular shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location, however orders do arrive in approximately 10 - 20 business days.

How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, although during high demand times items may ship within 5 business days.

Where is your company located?

Ours headquarters is in the US while our warehouses are located across the United States, Europe, and China.

Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number to the email they provide during checkout.
